It is a 2 days side event where you need to spend any speedup item and get various rewards (no reset in between).

It will appear around the same time as Archipelago Raid.

Need for Speed Strategy
The speedup requirement for this event is quite steep in my opinion. Getting a maximum rewards will require you to use 54 days worth of speedup and trade them with 5 legendary shards (among other items).
Personally, I will spend 5100 minutes worth of speedup and get the associated rewards and save the rest for Top Commander event.
If you really want to min max this
- Use training expansion (the highest you have)
- Spend speedup to train troops (all 4 types), and leave roughly 1-2 days before the start of Archipelago Raid (Wednesday)
- When training event for Archipelago Raid starts, redeem those troops.
- You will receive rewards for both.
