Once inside, under Special Event, there is this “bind-igg-id”.
Here you simply put in your IGG ID, to be able to start receive a lot of freebies.
You may wonder, where is my IGG ID located?
Under your commander profile, its on the top right (Commander ID).
Place this ID on Discord.
